Mentoring Program

This program is offered to all new employees and recently appointed or potential supervisors.

The aim of the Tasmanian Alkaloids Mentoring Program is to provide an extra avenue to assist staff in their professional development and an opportunity for increased sharing and learning across the organisation.

The mentor is an experienced person who agrees to work with a mentoree to assist them integrating into the organisation.
