Induction Program

The induction process ensures a smooth and safe integration into Tasmanian Alkaloids by covering basic safety concepts and information that address workplace site specific needs.

The Inductee will successfully complete Security Emergency Response Induction and Safety training and be shown their work area before they can be left unaccompanied in non restricted areas. Part of the Document and Records Management Induction will be completed by all who work on site.

The area supervisor arranges for further induction training to be completed before the inductee can be left alone in a restricted area. There are inductions for various departments including Scientific Affairs, Engineering, the manufacturing plants and Human Resources.
