The Recruitment and Selection Process

A selection panel, usually comprising three members, is appointed to manage each recruitment. The selection panel is responsible for: -

• Approving vacancy advertisements
• Conducting structured interviews for shortlisted applicants
• Making the selection decision
• Ensuring all applicants are promptly notified of the outcome of their application
