Superannuation

One of the good things about working at Tasmanian Alkaloids is being a part of a progressive, simple, flexible and competitive superannuation plan - it is all about helping you build your superannuation for when you retire. Superannuation also provides for you and your family if you can't work or you die while you are a member.

You automatically become a member of the Super plan the day you start work with Tasmanian Alkaloids.

Superannuation is a partnership between you and the Company. It gives you the flexibility to decide how much you want to put into your own super. There is also a Company-provided bonus if you put your own money in. The Company adds an extra 50¢ for every $1 you put in up to a limit of 2.5% of your pay. This helps you to grow your super faster.
